Working in oils, my work leans into the absurdity of the human condition and seeks to explore the intense beauty, fragility, and incongruity of the everyday. My scenes are realist but quietly surreal, often painted at small scales to further unsettle the viewer's perception. Inspired by the beauty and drama of the Baroque Old Masters, I seek to create a quiet tension and narrative in my paintings.
